Paid services have their own agreements
These Terms cover your general use of the website and our free offerings. Our paid services, such as advisory packages, project engagements, career services, and retainers, are governed by their own separate written agreements between you and Beauty Boone. Where a signed service agreement and these Terms differ, the signed service agreement controls for that engagement.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use its content in ways these Terms don't permit. You are responsible for any information you submit through the site being accurate and yours to share.
Free resources and programs

Payments and contributions
When you purchase a service or make a voluntary "pay-it-forward" contribution through the site, payment is processed by Stripe, and you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours. Pay-it-forward contributions support Beauty Boone's work. Beauty Boone is a for-profit company, not a nonprofit, and these contributions are not tax-deductible charitable donations. Fees for paid services, and any refund terms, are set out in the applicable service agreement or at the point of purchase.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, workbooks, and downloadable materials, is owned by Beauty Boone or used with permission, and is protected by law. You may use free resources for your own personal or internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our materials, or present our frameworks as your own, without written permission.

We bring experienced, diligent work to everything we offer. Business, career, financial, and personal outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, and we do not guarantee specific results.
