The Beauty Boone Framework

One framework. Three tracks.

Everything Beauty Boone does lives inside three connected tracks. They are a way of seeing the whole picture, so that fixing one part of your life doesn't quietly cost you another. You are never just a business. You are a person.

Personal supports Livelihood. Livelihood supports Stewardship. Stewardship must never come at the expense of Personal.
Track One

Personal

How you tend to yourself.

Personal is the practices, skills, and rhythms that let you live with clarity, health, resilience, and intention. Care, rest, identity, joy. Everything else flows from here.

This is the track people skip. It is also the one that determines whether anything else holds. A business built on someone running past their own limits is a business with a countdown on it.

Who this is for

Anyone whose pace has outrun their capacity, and anyone building the habits that make the rest of life possible.

“After serving for over 30 years in the U.S. military, I thought I knew myself pretty well. Izetta explained the quadrants which made up my kite shape and made me feel much more prepared to identify and acknowledge how I fit in various spaces and how to best utilize my own cognitive abilities. She is a passionate and knowledgeable facilitator. The results will be worth their weight in gold.”Sean J. · Chief Warrant Officer (Ret.) · Whole Brain Thinking (HBDI®) Debrief

Track Two

Livelihood

How you sustain your life without abandoning yourself.

Livelihood is work that supports your life instead of consuming it. Income, skills, career, enterprise. The goal is not just work you can survive. The goal is work you are called to.

Most career advice treats the job as the destination. Here it is the means. What matters is whether the way you earn leaves enough of you intact to live the rest of it.

Who this is for

Employees, job seekers, creatives, and career changers who want their income and their integrity in the same room.

“You gave us way better than what he had. A body of work. So grateful.”Tia M. · Career Studio

Track Three

Stewardship

What you are entrusted to build and care for.

Stewardship recognizes that our lives extend beyond ourselves. Businesses, programs, systems, and the people they serve. What you build, you are responsible for.

This is the track that reaches outward, and it is the one most likely to quietly take from the other two. That is why the order matters.

Who this is for

Founders, leaders, and community organizations building things meant to last.

“Izetta is a powerhouse! She is a valued thought partner and strategist with the tools, knowledge, and network to get things done. When her understanding meets your plans, she is able to help your business bloom.”Yvonne G. · Elderberi Coaching Group, Master Facilitator & Certified Coach · Thought Partnership

Why the order matters

The tracks are sequential, not equal.

Personal supports Livelihood. Livelihood supports Stewardship. Stewardship must never come at the expense of Personal.

That last clause is the one doing the real work. It is easy to give until the giving costs you the thing that made you able to give. Plenty of mission-driven people build something meaningful and lose themselves inside it, and the loss is usually invisible until it isn't.

So when we work together, we check the order. If a plan requires you to run past your own capacity to make it work, the plan is wrong. Not you.

“Every business owner needs someone to help elevate and execute their vision. Izetta is resourceful and responsive. She helped me feel safe enough to dream big and take leaps!”Lindsay F. · Acupuncturist & Founder, Spirit Seed · Strategic Advisory Momentum
